Frequently Asked Questions About Our Dumpster Rentals

  • What if I have too much, and it starts to overflow the dumpster?

    If it is too full, the customer will need to remove some of the debris, and we will need to come back and, for an additional fee, remove the rest of the debris.

  • Will I need to be there when the dumpster arrives or is picked up?

    NO. The only thing we ask is that we know exactly where you want the dumpster. This can be done using cones or on the phone before the dumpster is delivered.

  • Will there be any extra charges?

    Yes, if the rental goes longer than agreed upon or exceeds the 2-ton limit. There is also an extra charge for tires and appliances.

  • Do you take yard waste?

    NO. We do not take yard waste.

  • Is there anything else I can’t put in a dumpster?

    Hazardous material, rocks, concrete, brick, dirt and paint.

  • Will you automatically pick up the dumpster at the end of the rental?

    No, it would be best if you let us know when the dumpster needs to be picked up or we will charge you for additional days over the contracted days allowed.
